For the first time, we’re able to see what it’s actually like to look down at Earth from the perspective of an astronaut.
Everyone likes to hate on "selfies," but you can't deny that a space selfie, like the one these NASA astronauts took on their spacewalk, is probably one of the most amazing things ever.
Earlier this week, NASA released this stunning footage of astronauts Barry “Butch” Wilmore and Terry Virts going on a spacewalk to make repairs at the International Space Station.

On this spacewalk, astronauts brought a GoPro so that we can see what it's like to look down and see the place that contains all of human history floating silently beneath you.
