Ronnie Tran was found safe Wednesday in Washington after he was allegedly abducted by his grandmother and another woman.
A man in Washington reportedly said he was stunned when he discovered the little boy his sister had asked him to babysit had been violently abducted from his mother.

Ronnie's mother was hit with a stun gun, tied up, and stuffed in a cupboard in the garage, the station reported. She managed to escape, but couldn't reach her son.
The mother then called 911 and reported her son missing, prompting the Amber Alert.
The suspects in the kidnapping were identified as 65-year-old Vien Nguyen, the child's grandmother, and Alyssa M. Chang, 46, WaterlandBlog.com reported. Both are in police custody.
Ronnie was found safely Wednesday in a home in Renton, Washington, after Chang's brother, John Tuong, called authorities and told them he was babysitting the boy, KOMO.com reported.
He said he had never met the boy, but agreed.
However, Tuong told the station his sister never returned. He then was shocked to learn an Amber Alert had been issued for Ronnie.
"I'm eating my breakfast, I'm checking my Facebook, all of a sudden I see this Amber Alert for this child," Tuong told KOMO. "And it looks like this child in my bed, and I'm like, 'Oh my God! What's going on?'"
Tuong said he immediately called 911. He added that Ronnie didn't seem to be in distress and was a "great kid."
The whole situation has been unbelievable, Tuong said, adding that he didn't understand why his sister would allegedly be involved in something in the kidnapping.
"I feel like she was just helping her boyfriend out and just got into this horrible situation," he told KOMO. "We're family people, this is definitely not like this. Honestly, I'm at a loss for words right now. It's just crazy."
