For a moment, the 87-year-old mother recognises her daughter and tells her, “I love you, Kelly.”
At the weekend, Kelly Gunderson shared this heartwarming moment of her talking with her mother who has Alzheimer's. In the video, her mother remembers who Kelly is for a brief moment, despite her condition.
She accompanied the video with this description: "My 87-year-old mother with Alzheimer's knew who I was, even if just for a moment."
